The defendant committed fraud against tobacco and alcohol stores, using fake receipts to defraud the real Moutai and transfer the stolen money to the previous home in the form of virtual currency. After a public prosecution by the Yinzhou District Procuratorate of Ningbo City, the defendant Zhou was sentenced to one year and six months in prison and fined for the crime of covering up and concealing the proceeds of crime. The upstream fraudsters are currently under further investigation by the public security organs.
