据光明网报道，宁波破获一起涉虚拟货币远程下单“闪送茅台”诈骗案，被告人针对烟酒店铺实施诈骗，利用假回单骗走真茅台并将赃款通过虚拟货币形式转移给上家。经宁波市鄞州区检察院提起公诉，被告人周某因犯掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪被法院判处有期徒刑一年六个月，并处罚金，目前上游诈骗分子公安机关正在进一步侦查中。
