Consumer prices remained flat year-on-year in July 2025

On August 9, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in July 2025, the national consumer price was flat year-on-year. Among them, the city was flat, and the rural area fell by 0.3%; the price of food fell by 1.6%, and the price of non-food rose by 0.3%; the price of consumer goods fell by 0.4%, and the price of services rose by 0.5%. On average from January to July, the national consumer price fell by 0.1% compared with the same period of the previous year.
