Hong Kong-listed company International Commercial Settlement established a joint venture to engage in crypto-asset-related business

International Business Clearing (00147.HK) announced that on August 8, 2025, Chengtai, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Mr. Chen Sanming entered into a joint venture agreement for the establishment of a joint venture. After incorporation, the joint venture will be owned by Chengtai and Mr. Chen Sanming 70% and 30% respectively. The joint venture will be mainly engaged in crypto asset-related business.
