国际商业结算 (00147.HK) 发布公告，于 2025 年 8 月 8 日，公司全资附属公司成泰与陈三明先生就成立合营企业订立合营协议，于注册成立后，合营企业将由成泰及陈三明先生分别拥有 70% 及 30% 权益。合营企业将主要从事加密资产相关业务。
