欧盟：15%的关税上限仍将适用于对美芯片出口

欧盟表示，即使特朗普总统宣布对进入美国的半导体征收新的关税，从欧盟向美国出口芯片的关税上限仍为15%。欧盟发言人Olof Gill周四说，华盛顿方面已承诺，15%的关税上限将适用于欧盟的半导体出口，无论美国对其他出口商征收何种关税。他说：“我们期待美国履行这一承诺。”(金十)
