美国暂停对低价值货物的最低限度免税待遇

当地时间7月30日，美国白宫发表声明称，美国总统特朗普签署了一项行政命令，暂停对低价值货物的最低限度免税待遇。声明称，自8月29日起，通过国际邮政网络以外的方式寄送的价值等于或低于800美元且原本符合最低限度免税条件的进口货物将被征收所有适用关税。对于通过国际邮政系统运送的货物，包裹将根据从价税或从量税征收关税。
