On July 26th, the founding meeting of the China Capital Markets Association and the first member representative meeting of the first session were held in Shanghai. This marks that China's capital markets have official and top-level "think tanks" and "think tanks". Wu Qing, chairperson of the China Securities Supervision Commission, served as the chairperson of the board of directors of the society, and Li Chao, vice chairperson of the Securities Supervision Commission, and other heavyweights, served as executive vice presidents. Wei Gang, vice president of the China Securities Financial Research Institute, served as the legal representative of the society. The first batch of member directors included well-known scholars and theoretical experts from top universities at home and abroad; chairpeople and general managers of top Financial Institution Groups in the securities, funds and futures industries; chairpeople of listed companies; representatives of relevant governing units. The society has a series of professional committees. The society will launch an official academic journal "Capital Markets Research".
