The development of Firedancer was completed by JumpCrypto, with the aim of enhancing the diversity of node clients, enhancing the stability of the Solana blockchain, and further improving the resilience and resistance of Solana.
Compared to Solana's first client side, Firedancer uses C/C++ language for development, which not only improves its compatibility and memory efficiency, but also helps to reduce the cost of running Solana nodes
