5月1日消息，Solana节点验证器Firedancer工程师cantelopepeel.eth发文表示，Firedancer客户端的最终集成正在顺利进行中。其补充称，目前还有很多工作要做，但第一次全面测试即将到来。
去年10月底，Solana基金会在Solana社区年度峰会Breakpoint上正式宣布，Solana的第二个节点验证器Firedancer，已经顺利上线测试网。Firedancer的开发由JumpCrypto完成，旨在提升节点客户端的多样性，增强Solana区块链的稳定性，并进一步提高Solana的韧性和抗攻击性。
与Solana的首个客户端相比，Firedancer采用了C/C++语言进行开发，这不仅提高了其兼容性和内存效率，还有助于降低运行Solana节点的成本
