On the morning of July 17, Fourth Paradigm announced in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on July 17, 2025 (before the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, according to which the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue a total of 25.90 million subscription shares, each subscription price is HK $50.50, the total consideration is approximately HK $1,307,950,000.
