据独立加密记者L0la L33tz通过《信息自由法》获得的文件显示，截至今年3月，美国法警署仅持有28,988枚比特币，约合34亿美元，远低于此前市场普遍认为的持仓规模。此前有估计称美政府整体加密资产持仓高达250亿美元。特朗普政府曾下令将联邦机构持有的比特币转至财政部管理，并设立“战略比特币储备”。
