据《信报》报道，香港投资推广署署长刘凯旋表示，目前有准稳定币营运商正与其金融团队洽谈落户香港的机会，预料《稳定币条例》下月生效后不久，将有相关企业落地。
刘凯旋表示，近两年半有 630 家内地企业来港落户，占比约 48%；由于国家政策支持企业出海，香港将成为跳板，相信未来来港落户的企业中，内地企业仍有一定比重。
