U.S. stocks close: Major stock indexes diverge, Tesla falls more than 5%

On July 2nd, the U.S. stock market closed on Tuesday, the Dow index initially closed up 0.9%, the S & P 500 index fell slightly, and the Nasdaq index fell 0.8%. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell nearly 3%, Circle (CRCL. K) rose more than 6%, and Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 5.3%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon index rose 0.2%, and NIO (NIO. N) and XPeng Motors (XPEV. N) both rose more than 2%.
