纳斯达克上市比特币矿企IREN宣布将向合格机构买家进行私募发行2029年到期的3.50%可转换优先票据，发行规模总额从此前的4.5亿美元增至5亿美元，另外还将追加5000万美元的超额配售，预计净收益约为5.349亿美元，相关资金将用于支付封顶看涨期权交易的成本、预付远期交易的费用、以及一般公司用途和营运资金。
