The official post of the stablecoin project Plasma said that an emergency temporary announcement will be made at 8:00 today and the deposit limit will be reopened at 9:00 to reduce the number of robots and snipers and create space for real participants. The raised deposit of 1 billion dollars is not the XPL sale itself. The XPL public sale has not yet started. All funds will be bridged to the Plasma mainnet testnet and will be fully owned by the depositor. The depositor participates in the sale according to the final unit ownership at the time of lock.
