According to Southeast Network, Fujian Mawei Court recently concluded a case of virtual currency transaction disputes. The man Sui paid 18,000 yuan to Ye to buy virtual currency after a dispute, and sued for the return of all the money. The court ruled to reject the appeal, finding that virtual currency does not have legal tender status in our country, related transactions violate public order and good customs, are not protected by law, and investment risks should be borne by themselves.
