据东南网报道，福建马尾法院近日审结一起虚拟货币交易纠纷案。男子隋某向叶某支付1.8万元购买虚拟货币后产生纠纷，诉请返还全部款项。法院判决驳回诉求，认定虚拟货币在我国不具备法定货币地位，相关交易违反公序良俗，不受法律保护，投资风险应自行承担。
