新加坡法院驳回加密投资公司Cake Group的清算请求

新加坡高等法院今天驳回了Cake Group前首席技术官 U-Zyn Chua 提出的清算申请。除了裁定没有理由关闭这家加密货币公司外，司法专员 Alex Wong 在法庭听证会上补充说，在有其他补救措施的情况下，U-Zyn Chua寻求清算作为快速解决问题的办法是不合适的。
