根据纽约南区提交的法庭文件，参与OneCoin的人员William Morro已被逮捕。检方表示，Morro通过向银行谎报资金来源，以隐瞒与OneCoin 有关的资金来源。其曾参与将3500万美元与OneCoin有关的资金转移到香港的一个账户，并还将约600万美元转移至美国的一个账户。
