On April 30, Tether announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in Adecoagro, a South American sustainable production company. After the acquisition is completed, the board of directors of Adecoagro will make a major adjustment. Tether's cooperation with Adecoagro began in September 2024, when Tether invested $100 million to acquire a 9.8% stake in Adecoagro.
