4月30日消息，Tether宣布收购南美可持续生产公司Adecoagro 70%股份，收购完成后，Adecoagro董事会进行重大调整。Tether与Adecoagro的合作始于2024年9月，当时Tether投资1亿美元收购了Adecoagro 9.8%的股份。
