在中国人民银行数字货币研究所指导下，腾讯数字人民币项目组以“条码互通”、“钱包快付”等功能创新。境外来华人士开立数字人民币钱包后，即可在数字人民币试点地区超百万商户，以数字人民币App扫微信支付商业收款码与经营收款码支付。
该项目组由财付通与微众银行联合运营。用户也可在钱包快付功能下开通“微信支付”，此项功能现支持开立了中国银行、工商银行、建设银行和交通银行数字人民币钱包的境外来华人士开通。（证券时报）
