CITIC Bo: Net profit in 2024 increased by 83.03% year-on-year

On April 16th, CITIC Bo announced that the operating income in 2024 was 9.026 billion yuan, an increase of 41.25% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 632 million yuan, an increase of 83.03% year-on-year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 10 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares. At the same time, the company announced that it plans to build a zero-carbon headquarters base of CITIC Bo in Lujia Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou City, with an investment scale of no more than 2.022 billion yuan. The main products include "tracking +" series solutions and operation and maintenance products, "green electricity +" light storage and charging one-stop solution related products, etc.
