Franklin Bitcoin ETF Application Revises Cash Subscription Deadline

On April 23rd, the Cboe BZX Exchange submitted a proposal to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the Franklin Bitcoin ETF that was previously approved for listing. Specifically, the deadline for cash subscription basket orders will be changed from 3:00 pm ET to 2:00 pm ET, the closing time of regular trading on the exchange, or other time determined by the promoter. The change is designed to provide fund promoters with greater flexibility in determining the subscription deadline.
