4月23日消息，Cboe BZX 交易所向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交提案，拟对之前获批上市的富兰克林比特币 ETF 进行修改。具体而言，将现金申购篮子订单的截止时间从美东时间下午 3 点修改为下午 2 点、交易所常规交易收盘时间或由发起人确定的其他时间。该变更旨在为基金发起人在确定申购截止时间方面提供更大灵活性。
