Ministry of Commerce: Impose tariffs on some imported goods originating in Canada

On March 8, the Ministry of Commerce announced the ruling on the anti-discrimination investigation of Canada's relevant restrictive measures against China. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, anti-discrimination measures were taken to impose tariffs on some imported goods originating in Canada. Relevant measures will be announced separately.
