According to TASS, Alexei Yakovlev, head of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, told reporters that the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Russia are discussing the launch of organized digital currency transactions within the framework of an experimental legal system (EPR). Participants in the category of "super qualified" investors (criteria are currently being developed) will be able to participate in the auction. The Ministry of Finance hopes that corresponding ideas will be implemented in the near future.
