俄罗斯财政部与央行讨论推出数字货币交易

据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯联邦财政部金融政策司司长 Alexei Yakovlev 告诉记者，财政部和俄罗斯央行正在讨论在实验性法律制度（EPR）的框架内在俄罗斯境内推出有组织的数字货币交易。「超级合格」投资者类别的参与者（目前正在制定标准）将能够参加拍卖。财政部希望相应的想法能够在不久的将来实施。
