孙宇晨胜诉名誉权案，获新浪道歉及31338元赔偿

2月27日消息，孙宇晨在社交媒体宣布，其与新浪的名誉权诉讼案件取得胜诉。北京互联网法院于2024年12月31日裁定孙宇晨胜诉，并认定新浪此前发布的文章《孙宇晨涉嫌内幕交易，FBI、美国国税局已展开调查》等内容构成名誉权侵权。新浪于2025年2月7日发布公开致歉声明，并于2月26日选择不上诉，已支付人民币31338元赔偿金。
