DMG Blockchain Acquires 10 trillion Watt Data Center for $5 million Upfront

Listed crypto miner DMG Blockchain announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with an undisclosed counterparty to acquire its 10 trillion-watt data center to support its deployment of Gen AI strategy. It is reported that the final agreement is expected to be completed within the next 90 days. At present, DMG Blockchain has paid 5 million US dollars in advance, and will pay other amounts according to the Gen AI calculation underwriting agreement.
