上市加密矿企DMG Blockchain宣布和一家未公开的交易对手签署谅解备忘录（MOU）收购旗下10兆瓦规模的数据中心以支持其部署Gen AI战略，据悉最终协议预计将在未来90天内完成，目前DMG Blockchain已支付500万美元预付金，后续将根据Gen AI计算承购协议支付其他金额。
