Strategy(MSTR.O)宣布，拟向合格机构买家私募发行其 2030 年到期的 0% 可转换优先票据，总本金金额为 20 亿美元。Strategy 还预计将向票据的初始购买者授予购买权，在票据首次发行之日起五个工作日内（含当日）结算，购买的票据本金总额最多为 3 亿美元。Strategy 打算将此次发行的净收益用于一般公司用途，包括收购比特币和作为营运资金。
