据以太坊EIP-1559提案的共同提案人Eric Conner披露，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）就Polymarket案件向Coinbase发出传票，要求Coinbase提供与部分客户相关信息。
Coinbase在向客户发出的邮件中表示：“您无需采取任何行动，但Coinbase可能需要根据传票要求，向商品期货交易委员会发送与您账户相关的信息，除非在2025年1月15日营业结束前，Coinbase正式收到撤销传票动议或其他阻止Coinbase分享此类信息的法律文件。”
