加密货币交易所Kraken与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）于12月23日提交联合提案，将文件披露争议的异议提交期限延至2025年3月31日。
此前，法官Illman驳回了Kraken要求SEC提供三类文件的申请，包括比特币和以太坊相关文件、SEC对数字资产的公开声明以及内部交易政策。Kraken计划根据法院命令重新提交范围更窄的文件请求。曾成功为Ripple CEO辩护的律师Matthew C.Solomon已加入Kraken的法律团队。
