On December 25th, the VitaDAO community launched a new proposal to airdrop 6.9 million of the 21 million BIO tokens it received to the community. According to the proposal, the airdrop will use a tiered system, of which 80% (5.52 million BIOs) will be allocated to VITA holders and 20% (1.38 million BIOs) will be allocated to VITAIPT holders.
The airdrop application period is scheduled for January-March 2025, with the aim of strengthening the connection between the BIO and the VitaDAO community and enhancing governance participation.
