美国当选总统特朗普当地时间12月21日通过社交媒体表示，提名美国职业篮球联赛（NBA）休斯敦火箭队老板兼娱乐和房地产商人蒂尔曼·J·费尔蒂塔（Tilman J. Fertitta）担任美国驻意大利大使。特朗普还表示，任命真人秀制片人、米高梅电视公司前董事长马克·伯内特（Mark Burnett）为英国事务特使。据悉，伯内特制作了特朗普的真人秀节目《学徒》，让特朗普的名字家喻户晓。
