NYSE-listed Genius Group announced the acquisition of XD Academy, a bitcoin and blockchain learning platform, for an undisclosed amount. XD Academy, formerly known as BitMEX Academy, is also a learning and education platform under cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX. It was later spun off and operated independently. After the acquisition is completed, the course content of XD Academy will be integrated into the Genius learning platform.
