纽交所上市公司Genius Group宣布收购比特币和区块链学习平台XD Academy，具体收购金额暂未披露。XD Academy前身是BitMEX Academy，也是加密货币交易所BitMEX旗下的学习教育平台，之后被分拆独立运营，收购交易完成后XD Academy课程内容均将整合到Genius学习平台。
