深圳市公安局福田分局发布通报称：“鼎益丰”及其关联公司发行虚假理财产品和“DDO数字期权”（属于“空气币”），从事非法活动，已涉嫌犯罪。为依法打击犯罪，维护投资人合法权益，公安机关已对隋某义、马某秋等人以涉嫌集资诈骗等犯罪依法采取刑事强制措施。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。警方呼吁投资人积极配合公安机关调查取证，如实反映案件情况，依法合理表达诉求，不信谣、不传谣。
