On November 2nd, according to Cointelegraph, the self-hosted crypto wallet SafePal will launch the Visa card-enabled Telegram crypto wallet in November, which will allow users to create compliance bank accounts licensed by the Swiss financial marekt regulatory authority (FINMA). SafePal claims that the wallet is the first Telegram Mini App to adopt CeDeFi principles and offer digitally encrypted Visa card transactions.
