11月2日消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，自托管加密钱包 SafePal 将于 11 月推出支持 Visa 卡的 Telegram 加密钱包，将允许用户创建由瑞士金融市场监管局（FINMA）许可的合规银行账户。SafePal 声称该钱包是第一个采用 CeDeFi 原则并提供数字加密 Visa 卡交易的 Telegram Mini App。
