STOCKS | Nanwei Software Hits Limit-Down at Open After CSRC Opens Probe Over Disclosure

Nanwei Software opened at the daily limit-down level on July 13.

According to Jin10, the company said in an after-hours announcement on July 10 that it had received a case-filing notice, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) decided to open an investigation because the firm was suspected of illegal or non-compliant information disclosure.

On July 13, the company’s board secretary office said the case-filing notice only stated the suspected disclosure violations and did not specify the reasons, adding that the company would need to cooperate with the investigation.

Asked whether there was any related-party occupation of funds, the company said it had previously responded to questions about matters involving Beijing Yunruan in a 2024 annual report inquiry letter. It added that after conducting an internal self-check, it had not found any related-party transfer of funds.
