NFT trading volume topped $140 million last week, the highest since mid-January

The recent rally in the price of Ethereum has driven a pick-up in its NFT ecosystem, with on-chain trading volumes reaching their highest level since mid-January. In the past week, Ethereum NFT trading volume reached $75 million, accounting for the majority of the total NFT blockchain trading volume of $143.50 million. Compared to two weeks ago, Ethereum NFT trading volume increased significantly, when the chain's weekly trading volume was only $18.30 million. During the same period, Bitcoin-based NFT trading volume also increased from $11 million to $25.60 million, although Polygon-based NFT trading volume decreased slightly.
