Belarus bans citizens from using foreign cryptocurrency exchanges
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree banning the country's citizens from using foreign cryptocurrency exchanges and brokers, and only allowing digital asset trading on domestic platforms. The move is primarily aimed at residents of the High-Tech Park (HTP) and aims to strengthen consumer protection and prevent cryptocurrencies from being used for illegal activities.
