北京本轮极端强降雨造成重大灾害 全市因灾死亡30人
7月29日讯，本轮强降雨以来，截至28日24时，北京全市平均降水量165.9毫米，最大降水量在密云郎房峪和朱家峪，达到543.4毫米；最大降水强度出现在怀柔东峪，26日22时-26日23时降水95.3毫米。连续极端强降雨造成重大灾害。北京全市因灾死亡30人，其中密云28人、延庆2人。受灾地区道路损毁31处，涉及兴阳线、西火路等16条线路仍未修通；136个村电力中断，通信设施共损毁光缆62条、基站退服1825个。
