On July 22nd, blockchain security firm Veridise reported that audits of zero-knowledge (ZK) projects are twice as likely to uncover critical issues as other audit types. According to a report, Veridise analyzed 1,605 vulnerabilities found in the past 100 audits, with an average of about 16 issues found per audit and 18 issues uncovered by ZK audits. However, when focusing on critical vulnerabilities, Veridise found that 55% of ZK audits contained critical issues, while other audits did not.
