On October 9, Binance Japan, a subsidiary of Binance, announced today that it has entered into a capital and business partnership with PayPay Corporation, a company of Japan's SoftBank Group and a leading financial services provider in the country. PayPay is widely known for its cashless payment service "PayPay" with more than 70 million users. Under the terms of the agreement, PayPay will acquire a 40% stake in Binance Japan. This strategic cooperation will be combined with PayPay in Japan.
According to the official announcement, Binance Japan, a subsidiary of Binance Japan, announced that it will list Theta (THETA) and Solar (SXP), among which THETA will be listed on Japanese exchanges for the first time. THETA will start trading at 16:00 on August 6th; SXP will start trading at 16:00 on August 9th; Supported trading pairs include: THETA/BTC, THETA/ETH, SXP/BTC.
