CoreWeave has signed an agreement to provide up to $14.20 billion worth of computing power to Meta platform companies, highlighting the huge cost of developing and running advanced artificial intelligence models. "They liked our infrastructure early on in the contract, so they came back for more cooperation," Michael Intrator, chief executive, said in an interview. As part of the deal, CoreWeave will supply the social media giant with Nvidia's latest GB300 system, he said.
