据 CoinDesk 报道，英国加密交易平台 Archax 收购西班牙经纪公司 King & Shaxson Capital Markets 以拓展欧洲业务。目前交易的完成需获得西班牙监管部门的批准。交易价值尚未披露。此次收购将使这家在金融行为监管局 (FCA) 注册的公司能够将其现有的经纪业务、多边交易设施 (MTF) 和托管服务扩展到欧洲，同时将加密衍生品添加到其许可中。
